Originally from the Seattle area, Doug spent nearly two decades in Washington state’s real estate market, including nine years as a Managing Broker overseeing three offices and approximately 100 agents across West Seattle, Queen Anne, and Magnolia. He made the move to Arizona himself and understands firsthand the questions, logistics, and lifestyle adjustments that come with relocating from the Pacific Northwest to the desert Southwest.
Before entering real estate, Doug served as a Client Care Director for Marriott Corporation, where he developed the service-first philosophy that defines his practice today. He combines that hospitality background with deep expertise in strategic marketing, contract negotiation, and Compass’s technology suite — including Compass One, Private Exclusives, and the 3-Phase Marketing Strategy — to deliver measurable results for every client.
Doug works with local buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Phoenix metro, but has become a go-to resource for families and professionals relocating to Arizona from Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and other Pacific Northwest cities.
